No, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to clients within US.
Orders placed over the web or phone is on a LIMITED QUANTITY FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Placing orders on web for any releases is not guaranteed and will be contacted by Mike during business hours (Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm) to discuss and finalize your order.
Customer usually receive tracking information via email. If you did not provide an email or have not received a tracking #. You can call 914-968-7900 and ask about your shipment.
Product configuration anywhere on this site will read as:
- “12/24/5” = 12 boxes in a case, 24 packs in a box and 5 cards per pack.
- “12/24” = 12 boxes in a case, 24 packs in a case
- “12” = 12 boxes or 12 items in a case
If you already committed to a product and wish to cancel, call us immediately at 914-968-7900. Once your order is processed for shipment it cannot be canceled.
If the product is damaged, you must call 914-968-7900 for a return authorization.
Products are shipped, so that it arrives on the release date. It can take longer depending on, location, weather or issues beyond our control from our shipping partners.
We ship most of our products from 2 – 5 day shipping. Most of our products goes through UPS, we also ship via USPS and FEDEX.
