New customer account opening terms:

Great American Distribution is a Wholesale Distributor, we only sell our products to sub distributors and retailers who have accounts with us. If you are a distributor or retailer and want to open an account please click here. A valid resale certificate for the state in which you do business is required. These files can be uploaded on to our site via the applications.

Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your application and after it’s been approved, we will get in touch with you. If additional information for your application is needed we will get in touch with you.

Placing Phone Order:

The account holder must place the order with us over the phone. Product allocation will be given priority to our customers. Due to the Limited availability of products, we will follow our policy of first come first serve basis. Our sales representatives will often contact you with release reminders and order deadlines.

Online Ordering:

Due to inventory, new release, prior commitments for customers, orders due dates, release dates and our first come first serve basis policy, we are currently not accepting any online orders. Payment:

Payment can be made cash on delivery (fee of $12.50), terms and with credit cards through PayPal.

Returns:

Great American Distribution does not accept any returns unless the product you received is damaged or has been recalled. If you come across a damaged product please contact us as soon as you receive and inspect shipment. You will receive a return authorization from Great American Distribution, to be shipped back to our Warehouse. We will inspect the damages and depending on the arrangements made, a store credit, replacement products, or reimbursement for the items will be issued.

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped out the same day. If you have made per-orders for new releases, it will be shipped, so that it arrives to you on the release date. Your orders can take longer depending on weather or issues beyond control of Great American Distribution. Most of our products goes through UPS, we also ship via USPS and FEDEX.

Privacy Policy:

At Great American Distribution we take pride in ensuring your privacy, and we guaranteed that it will be protected during your stay at our website. We collect information to provide better services to all of our customers and these information may be necessary to doing day to day business. All information we collect on www.greatamericancards.com is confidential and will not be shared with any third party or Great American Distribution affiliates.

Pricing & Typographical Errors:

We at Great American Distribution strive to provide you with most up to date pricing and product related details. Product inventory, written product content, product names and price are subject to change without prior notice. Great American Distribution is not responsible for typographical errors. If you notice any typographical errors please contact us via www.greatamericancards.com/contact. If any orders were placed with any typographical errors, we will attempt to notify you within 24-48 hours and Great American Distribution reserves the right to cancel or change orders without prior approval.
